I grew up in Iowa, surrounded by the rolling hills and rich farmland that define our state. My family has been in agriculture for generations, and from a young age, I learned the value of hard work, integrity, and doing things the right way.
After years of working in the beef industry, I co-founded Daisy River Cattle with a simple mission: to raise and process beef with the same level of excellence and craft that my family instilled in me. We don't cut corners. We don't rush. Every cut of meat represents our commitment to quality and our respect for the land and animals we steward.
